St. Kilda City AGM 2006 (updated date!! – now the 13th)

11.23.06

ATTENTION TO ALL PLAYERS & MEMBERS

Due to the league AGM clashing with our date of the 6th of December, our AGM has now been moved to the 13th. Training will remain on the 6th as planned. Please let people know that you think may not be aware of this change.

The 2006 Annual General Meeting of the St Kilda City Sports Club will be held in the club rooms on Wednesday, 13th December 2006 at 7:30pm.

agmIt is important for the future viability of the club that all players, members and supporters attend the AGM to help decide the future direction of our club.

The AGM will only take between 15–30 minutes and includes the appointment of all positions on the St Kilda City committee (all current holders stand down at the commencement of the meeting).

If you are unable to attend please contact any of the following:
John Lambris: 0407 359 759
Rod Gamlin: 0412 057 132
Club Rooms: 03 9534 4717

The club was proud of the support and commitment it was able to maintain both on and off the field throughout the season, and would like to thank all of the sponsors and supporters who helped out.

The Annual General Meeting coincides with the first training session of the Men’s pre-season for Season 2007. Training begins at 6pm and the AGM will commence at the end of training.
Two further training sessions will occur on Wednesday the 13th & 20th of December and then re-commence in late January 2006 at the Peanut Farm.

working beeSt. Kilda City are organising a working bee over the xmas/new year period.

Contact sammi needham if you are interested in helping out, please state your preferred dates over the xmas / new year period and optionally, what you’re good at.

We are planning to do a fair bit of painting, and patching up of the clubrooms and surrounds. Handy blokes are especially needed, but everyone is welcome. Tell your mates, many hands make light work.

2 years ago, st. kilda city entered a competition that the footy show had going to win 10,000 to do up your clubrooms. The video had to feature a prominent menber of the club and explain why you needed the money. This video was entered and managed to secure a spot on the TV. We didn’t win, but thought it was best to put the video on the site for posterity. Play at your own risk..
